regarding a $1.4 million grant awarded to the Jackson Housing
Authority for concentrated housing rehabilitation

the Housing Revolving Loan Fund Policies and Procedures and
Underwriting Criteria approved by the West Jackson CDC Board
of Directors
- Submitted
a HOPE III application to the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development. Received an award of $390,000 to purchase
and rehabilitate ten houses

a scholarship from Seedco to attend the 1993 Management and
Community Development Institute (MCDI at Tufts University.

person for two Youthbuild Projects, both of which were funded
by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for
